Dinner # 1

On our plates:
Cheesy chicken & salsa skillet

The verdict:
It was really easy to make.
The husband liked it. He said it was, "Good."
The down side: the duo didn't, they said it was too spicy.
My gringo babies don't have the buds for salsa.
Next time I'll use extra extra mild.
