I think they expected 6 months, not 6 weeks.
He said, "Wow."
And (this one was the best...brace yourself), I also heard, "well thank goodness he's not a she...then there would be a problem?"

awww, i love him! what a cutie! be glad he weighs so much. malcolm was so tiny, and wouldn't gain any weight. we had to take him in for weight checks every week, it was awful. hooray for a happy & healthy baby!

I had to look back and see what Zoe weighed at that age and she was 13 pounds too! You and I make giant babies.

Absolutely--who doesn't love a chubby baby....and he's really not all that chubby...he's perfect...mama's got some good juice for that boy!!! Besides, he's got a lot of catching up to do before he can keep up with his big bros!
