I tried a new recipe the other night for dinner and the results were ever so tasty!
- Halibut ( I normally don't cook fish, but it was so good)
- Mashed Cauliflower (consistency & taste of mashed potatoes) with fresh herbs.
- Sauteed mushrooms, red onions & grape tomatoes.
The duo actually consumed every ounce of the cauliflower thinking it was potatoes!
Being sneaky to get them to eat their veggies is so worth it!
